Try booting without full workbench as that will save some precious memory for WHDLoad. This needs some minor modifications to the motherboard and gives you a total amount of 1 MB chip-ram. You could try to make your trapdoor-ram used as chip ram, too. Perhaps you should consider doing a 1mb chip ram mod. Here is a picture of my setup for those interested. Do I not have enough? Would I need to get a fast ram expansion like a kipper2k to be able to do it, or should I even bother?
Would this be due to the amount of memory I have? I would have thought perhaps this would be enough to run some games, but i'm finding that most won't even boot with that much.

Ah, I guess my happiness was a bit short-lived, as today I checked several WHDLoad games and applications, and sadly most of them refuse to work. You can mod your A depends on the revision number of your board to make your trapdoor expansion a KB chip mem expansion. That will sort out the hardware side of things, not sure what kickstart is required for Whdload, i've only used it on 3.
